I walked in having seen an item online but I wanted to try it on. I was greeted by a very friendly employee who took me directly to the sweater. Although it didn't fit, she made a few recommendations and I did select a sweater. I would definitely return. No pressure on the sale and I left wanting to come back. All thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you!

So 5 stars for Madeline in customer service , who forwarded the Black Friday email and put my size and style ,with black Moose knuckles arm patch, I was looking for on hold, and Nobu at the curb side pickup. Both pleasant, a pleasure and to deal with. Making the entire process painless. Only thing was my prior visit that Saturday. 1/2 star lost for the sales guy on his phone not following thru with his started assistance and not letting us know of the on going Black Friday 25% event on. It would have saved a trip...but it all worked out and Due West came thru...highly recommended. bought the SAINT-ULRIC PARKA- M

No joke they shipped out my order 15 minutes after I placed it lol and got it to the carrier less than an hour later. Shoebox was packaged perfectly to protect it and of course the shoes were in perfect condition. Couldn't be any happier with my experience!!

Recently purchased a Canada Goose jacket at a great price and the rep that was helping me was phenomenal. I didn't catch his name but he was very helpful and friendly, as well as very informative when it came to winter jackets which helped with my decision.
